I was really grateful for Larry's help. I'm not very car-savvy, and my car's symptoms this time were
a little hard to make sense of. Larry took care of the problem quickly--I was able to pick the car up on the same day that I dropped it off--and I felt comforted and relieved by the feeling that I wasn't getting ripped off (which has happened on occasion elsewhere). Larry didn't make promises that he couldn't deliver on, and when I asked him whether it made sense to keep sinking money into repairs on this particular car, he was refreshingly honest in saying that he wasn't sure it was (though I am, with Larry's help, keeping the car going for now). Larry himself is a personable guy to work with. I would strongly recommend J & L to anyone.
